When will my order arrive?

We dispatch all orders placed before 2 pm the same day. Orders placed after this are dispatched the following working day. Royal Mail 24 should arrive the next working day after dispatch, and Royal Mail 48 should arrive 2/3 days after dispatch.


You don't have an item I want.

If we don't have something you want, please let us know, and we can order it in for you. We will always try and get it quickly as possible and offer you the best price possible. We hold accounts with several suppliers so we should be able to get the item you want.


The item I want is out of stock?

If would like something that is out of stock please sign up to the wait list on the products page. You’ll then get an email as soon as it’s back in stock. If you would like to know when it will be back in stock please contact us, and we will give you a rough date.


Do you offer international delivery?

Sorry, but we do NOT offer international delivery. We only ship to the UK.


Do you ship the the USA?

Unfortunately we do not ship orders the the US and Canada. However there are mail forwarding company such as reship that you can use if you live in the US. We recommend this option if you live in the US or Canada and would like to order from us.


Do you process orders on the weekend?

We are closed over the weekend, so we do not ship orders. We maybe however sometimes pack them ready to go out on Monday.


How often do you do stock orders?

We do regular orders with our suppliers to always try and keep everything in stock. However a lot of what we stock comes from overseas, so we have to do the largest order possible. We do MRP and Splash orders between once a month or once every few months.


I’ve placed and order but forgot to add something to my order, what do I do?

Just send us an email and will give you a discount code. You’ll them be able to place and order though the website and wont be charged any extra shipping. We’ll then post all of your orders together as one.


Can you take payment over the phone?

We are sorry but we can not take payments over the phone. All payments can be made through the website by using either PayPal or a credit/debit card, both are very secure payment methods. We can also send you an invoice which you can pay for by PayPal or direct bank transfer but this will add a sort dely to your order processing, as we have to confirm the payment.


Why is there a price tag on an item I ordered that’s different to the website price?

We attended several shows throughout the year. Some items we have at special show prices or we round the prices down. These are show prices ONLY and we do not offer these prices for website orders, sorry.
