Decal Fixer almost works like a glue for your decals. It prevents decals from whitening and silvering and helps to allow the decals to slid on the models surface during application. When the decal fixer is removed the decal is stuck in place and has no silvering.

Decal Fixer does not contain any solvent components, so it can be used on delicate painted surfaces and water-based paints. It will so not begin to soften or weaken the decal while you are working reducing the chances of damaging the decal. As an organic solvent is not included, the decals cannot be softened. You will need to use a softening solution after application to get the decals to fully conform to the models surface.

How to apply

Apply a small amount of this solution to the area where you want to apply the decal. After attaching the decal, wipe off the excess glue that has overflowed with a cotton swab moistened with water or even better the HIQ Decal Squeegee for best results. Shake well before using.
